2.2 Terminated accounts will lose access to all course content and certifications.

‍3.1 All payments for Falk Academy offerings are final and non-refundable.
3.2 Each course or offering requires a one-time payment. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions.

‍4.1 Access to course content is for the registered user only and cannot be shared with others.
4.2 Certifications are issued in the name of the registered user and cannot be transferred or altered.
4.3 Users must adhere to standard exam regulations, including no cheating, consulting unauthorized materials, or seeking outside assistance.
4.4 Falk Academy reserves the right to revoke certifications in cases of misconduct.

‍5.1 All course content, including videos, materials, and associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Falk Academy.
5.2 Users are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading, sharing, streaming, or redistributing course content for any purpose, including resale or public viewing.

‍6.1 Users may only consume course content for personal earning purposes.
6.2 Displaying course content online or in public is strictly prohibited.

‍7.1 The following activities are prohibited on Falk Academy's platform and website:
